Get Delivered

Get Delivered is a mobile application designed specifically for delivery partners, enabling them to manage orders seamlessly from acceptance to completion. It offers features like multiple pick-ups and drop-offs under a single order ID, real-time customer notifications, security photo uploads, and detailed cash and distance tracking, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process. The Get Delivered project, a few design challenges stood out: Multiple Pickups and Drop-offs: Designing a UI that could handle complex logistics of multiple pick-up and drop-off points under a single order while maintaining clarity for the delivery partner. It required careful attention to the visual hierarchy, so each sub-order was easy to identify and track. Freelancer vs. Full-time Workflow: Creating distinct yet seamless experiences for freelance delivery partners (who can accept/reject orders) and full-time delivery employees (who automatically receive tasks). Ensuring both workflows felt natural and easy to use was essential. Real-Time Updates: Integrating clear, timely notifications that inform customers about the status of their deliveries without overwhelming the delivery partner's interface. Balancing this flow of information was key to user satisfaction. Photo Capture for Security: Ensuring the photo capture process for deliveries was quick and effortless while maintaining compliance with security standards. Distance and Earnings Tracking: Designing the interface to clearly display kilometers traveled and earnings or deductions was tricky, as it had to provide detailed yet digestible information without cluttering the UI.
